Within today's global economy, finding and keeping a job requires higher skill levels than ever before. Employers want workers with documented skills based on "real world" experience. The Career Development Program is designed to address this need within the Choctaw Nation. This program provides assistance to clients attending technical training programs that result in industry recognized licensures, certifications or credentials.

What services are available?


Career Guidance Services - We offer a variety of services to facilitate student development in the academic, career, and personal / social areas.

Assessment Testing - We offer assessment testing that measures skills that employers believe are critical to job success.

Academic Remediation - We are committed to supporting and strengthening academic skills and offer a variety of learning assistance programs necessary for success in college-level or technical courses.

Financial Assistance - Finacial Assistance for those who qualify.

Career Readiness - Career Readiness Certification are portable credentials that show an individual has certain fundamental skills needed in the workplace.

Employment Services - We offer resume preperation, mock interviews and job search tips.
